Lot 77 is now available. We will begin taking bids on the lot today by email.  You can find it on the map .

For all lots that become available after the initial lot auction for whatever reason will go to bid using a format similar to the below....

Terms for Continuing Lease:  $2,000.00 minimum donation to Linoma Lighthouse Foundation.  Bids due by Wednesday June 8, 2016. I will contact all bidders who bid at least $2,000.00 and conduct an email auction for the available Lot. The Lot will go to the highest bidder.  If you are moving from an inside lot, there will be additional rent due to Linoma Lighthouse, LLC of $200.00 plus tax.  If you are moving from a river lot, there will be additional rent due to Linoma Lighthouse, LLC of $100.00 plus tax.

All bids may be emailed to David Lutton at dlutton@luttonlaw.com.   All bids must be received by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.  I will contact all those with a minimum bid of $2,000.00 on Thursday, June 8, 2016.  All donations qualify as a tax deductible charitable donation.
