2019 Flood, Restoration, & Volunteer Updates

Updates from owners below.

6-6-19
The water (well) inspection has passed.  The electrical inspection has passed the first inspection.  Tomorrow, OPPD is to install the electrical meters. Tenants in Lots 1 - 56 need to contact Michelle at the OPPD in Ashland  402-944-3318  to turn the power on.  Then, Sarpy County must return and reinspect the ground fault.  Once the Sarpy County inspection has passed, we can schedule move in. Tentatively, we have scheduled move in for Lots 1 - 56 for June 14.

Once final inspections are complete, we will email you and ask you to get the lease from the website, review it, date it, sign it and return it to us with the total rent due.  You must have signed the lease and paid the rent in full prior to move in.

Once you get the lease (after final inspections are complete), please notice changes to its terms and rules.  Linoma Management recommends you do not boat or swim in the lake.

Please be advised that we will be starting to clean and level all lots at the back of the park, including lots 57 through 158,  beginning the Week of May  20.  If you have a deck, dock or other items in the back, they will need to be dismantled and removed if you would like to save them.  We will have large equipment at the site and will be unable to work around your items. If not removed, they will be destroyed.

Any campers that want to upgrade their electric in lots 1 – 56 will be $250.00 plus $2.50 per foot between their pedestal and the meter as long as the electrician can use existing conduit.  If he can’t pull the wire through existing conduit, they will need to get a bid directly from him and the work would probably be done this fall.

Electrical installation for lots 1 – 56 will begin this week.  Greg Hall will be at Linoma putting on new meters and boxes.  If any Tenant has an interest in upgrading from 30 amp to 50 amp, they should be in contact with him. To contact Greg, please visit or contact him at Linoma.  Greg will bill the Tenant for the upgrade based upon how far he has to run the new wires and on whether he can pull the new wires through old conduit or has to dig a new conduit in.   Only Greg will be able to give the Tenant a better idea of the cost of the upgrade.
