2017 - Owners Fall Meeting Notice
LINOMA FALL MEETING
September 18, 2017
Linoma Tenants:
The Linoma Fall Meeting will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at
6:30 p.m. at the Ashland Golf Club located on Highway 6 South of
Ashland. Complementary burgers and chips (or other) will be
served beginning at 5:30PM. We are hopeful that all of you will
attend the meeting.
The move out date for this year is October 11, 2017. Please be
sure all personal property is moved from all lots on or before
October 11, 2017. The Sarpy County officials require Linoma to
be vacant at that time. We will continue to pay for trash removal
and continue the service of emptying your waste tanks once per
week until October 10.
We are again planning to do a lot of maintenance to the site over
the winter. All bathrooms will be closed after October 11 for
maintenance.
The deposit amount has changed. We will be taking non-
refundable deposits in the sum of $300.00 plus tax in the sum of
$16.50 for a total deposit of $316.50 between October 3 and
November 30 again this year to hold your lot for 2018. If you make
the deposit, you will be guaranteed your same lot for next year.
If you have questions or Linoma issues, please bring these to the
meeting for discussion.
