Notes from the spring owners member meeting.

Mr. Lutton announce that Kate Novak will be helping out at the park this year along with Efrain (Nacho) Villa.

The first pump date is 4-19-16. Be sure yuo have your flags out on Monday nights as nacho will begin pumping very early on Tuesdays. Be sure you have additive in your black water holding tank or you will not be pumped the next Tuesday. Nacho will attach sleeves for you.

Move in is April 15, 2016. Under no circumstances may any trailer, boat, golf cart or any other personal property be placed in the park until that date. No personal property may remain overnight at the park until April 15th.

Be sure to purchase stickers for your boats and golf carts from the Tenants Association representatives.

Will Roberts, 960-2280 will move rock or sand for you for a fee.

There is a burn ban. we have no ability to burn a brush pile at this time, therefore, do not pile brush.

We continue to try to get WiFi and cameras installed, along with more outlets in the pavilion. We will be graveling roads soon.

Soon we will make a decision about fireworks for 2016 and we will post on this website any new information.
